Metro North Rail Disaster Drill (April 2002) This event was the first major training drill for combined city agencies since the 911 Attacks. Inter-agency cooperation was recorded on video and by "Official Observers" throughout this disaster drill.
Residents of the upper east side of Manhattan on Park Avenue were given quite show that morning. This event appeared real enough to the residents that a constant disclaimer needed to be given that this was "only a drill." Most streets within a two block radius had signs posted for no overnight parking. Anyone waking up late the next morning probably found there vehicles towed a few blocks away. You don't want to sober up that quickly in the morning by finding your vehicle missing, so heed the warning when signs are posted saying "No Parking On Saturday."

Space is definately at a premium in the OEM command bus with all the support equipment surrounding you.
Just had to throw in a shot of some more radios for the aficionados.
